Złoty Brzeg Wicie – obligations for landlords

• The guests staying at the Złoty Brzeg Wicie summer houses are obliged to observe the following rules and regulations, obey the instructions of the owner and security services, and comply with the regulations on nature protection.
• Check-in begins at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 09.00 on the day of departure.
• Cottages are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. EXCEPTION: May and September – it is possible to rent a cottage for a minimum of 4 nights.
• During the process, please specify what type of cottage you are reserving (Standard / Captain / Surfer) and the total number of people to stay in the cottages. Each person regardless of age is included in the total number of people.
• For stays shorter than 7 days there is a one-time cleaning fee of 150 PLN.
• Reservations are accepted by e-mail or telephone.
• Reservations must be confirmed by payment of a deposit. In case of not paying the deposit the date is considered free.
• Paid deposit means acceptance of the rules.
• The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation.
• For the entire period of stay, the amount due is payable no later than the day of arrival deducting the deposit paid. Failure to use the period of reservation of the cottage by guests does not entitle to a refund of the amount paid.
• After booking, Zloty Brzeg Wicie sends confirmation of the reservation by e-mail.
• Tourist tax payable on the spot in cash.
• Zloty Brzeg Wicie offers its guests FREE 5 kWh of electricity per day (35 kWh per week) . Electricity consumed beyond the assumed limit is paid additionally in cash on the day of departure according to the meter according to the current price list of the operator.
• Tourist tax according to the rates of the Municipality payable on the day of arrival.
• The customer was informed of all charges by receiving confirmation of the cottage reservation by email.
• The customer is obliged to notify the owner of the cottages Złoty Brzeg Wicie about the cancellation of the stay within a minimum of 14 days before the planned arrival.
• Each additional unannounced person in the cottage is charged 40 PLN per day.

• On the day of guests’ arrival Zloty Brzeg Wicie takes a deposit of 200 PLN, which is refundable provided that the cottage is returned in a condition consistent with the state on the day of its reception.
• Guests can arrive at the holiday cottages Zloty Brzeg Wicie until 10:00 p.m. Late arrivals by telephone arrangement.
• Guests resting in the area of holiday cottages Zloty Brzeg Wicie are asked to follow the rules of cultural recreation.
• Firing up the barbecue is possible only in places indicated by the person managing the facility Zloty Brzeg Wicie.
• Defects and shortages in the cottage must be reported immediately after the arrival of the guest.
• We are not responsible for items left by Guests on the premises of the resort.
• The owner of the holiday house Zloty Brzeg Wicie is not responsible for damage or theft of the car, because the parking lot on the premises IS NOT GUARDED PARKING.
• On the area of the holiday cottages Zloty Brzeg Wicie the curfew is obligatory: – from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.
• Disturbances in resting, please report by phone or in person to the staff of the holiday cottages Golden Brzeg Wicie.
• Smoking is prohibited in the cottages.
• Please make sure that the cottages are equipped with fire extinguishers and how to use them due to the wooden structure of the cottages.
• For any damage, incompetent use of fire extinguishers and these effects, users of the cottages will be charged.
• Guests are required to maintain order in the cottages.
• Guests are required to return the cottage in a condition consistent with the state on the day of its reception.
• Holidaymakers staying in the holiday cottages Golden Brzeg Wicie are insured on their own.
• It is forbidden to independently repair the equipment located in the cottage.
• Handing over the cottage and passing the keys takes place in the presence of the staff of the holiday cottages Zloty Brzeg Wicie.
• The owner of the holiday cottages Zloty Brzeg Wicie is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused for example by lack of Internet, electricity or decrease in water pressure.
• Children under 14 years of age stay in the area of holiday cottages Zloty Brzeg Wicie only under the care of adults, especially on the playground.
• For the loss of the keys to the cottage charge 50 PLN.
• For each cottage there are two parking spaces allocated: one on the paved parking lot within the resort area and the other on the parking lot outside the resort.
• For safety reasons, there is a complete NO SMOKING inside the cottages.
• In the summer cottages Zloty Brzeg Wicie customers are required to comply with health and safety rules when barbecuing. Due to the fact that the cottages are wooden, we ask you to light the barbecue away from the cottage, outside its roofed area.
• The cottage is equipped with a pressure stove, an induction/ceramic hob and a microwave oven – please use the equipment according to its purpose and with due caution.
• It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the cottage.
• Guests are asked to segregate garbage in designated containers located in the cottage and on the resort grounds (glass, plastic / metal, paper, mixed).
• Food with a strong smell, such as fish, please fry on the grill, not inside the cottage.
• Do not move room furnishings or rearrange them without notifying the Owner.
• Guests are not allowed to take bedding, blankets and other equipment out of the cottage.
• Guests are obliged to immediately report to the Owner any damage and defects arising during the use of the cottage.
• For things left in the cottages, Domki Letniskowe Zloty Brzeg Wicie is not responsible. We ask you to exercise due diligence related to closing windows and doors when leaving the cottage.
• Parents are required to care for their children, throughout the resort, especially on the playground. In connection with the responsibility of Parents for the safety and any consequences of the actions of their children, Zloty Brzeg Wicie asks for increased care.
• Guests may not transfer the cottage to a third party even before the end of the period for which the guest has paid the fee.
• In case of cancellation of the stay by the customer (due to circumstances lying on his side, whether the circumstances are the fault of the customer or not) the customer is obliged to pay for the entire stay if he did not inform the owner of the resort in a timely manner.
• In matters not covered by the above regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Law on Tourist Services shall apply.
